With extensive experience across diverse sectors including mining, utilities, construction, oil and gas, financial services, agriculture, manufacturing, aviation, supply chain, education, and technology, James has honed his expertise in implementing change and driving results around the world.
This breadth of experience has provided him with the opportunity to work in numerous countries, gaining exposure to various cultures, attitudes, leadership styles, and organisational structures. Working in New Zealand, U.A.E, Australia, K.S.A, South Korea, UK, Portugal and the USA, James has cultivated a global perspective that enriches his approach to transformative change.
In addition to his extensive experience in established industries, James has also played a pivotal role in the startup realm, co-founding three successful apps and providing advisory services for numerous others. Within the tech space, James's approach underscores the significance of prioritising investment in people and culture. He champions innovative strategies aimed at cultivating positive workplace cultures, paving the way for organisational success in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
